"This is the face of an award winner!"

Erin, a native Memphian, is living the life in Louisiana after taking a mini-tour of the South during the past three years. She has been told numerous times she is from “up north,” despite her explanation that she was raised south of the Mason Dixon Line. During her collegiate years, she learned cooking and baking is (kind of) her love language. You can find her with a camera in hand daily, documenting the news for local and national media outlets. She can’t resist Memphis-style barbecue, puppy snuggles, half marathons and strawberry-whiskey cocktails.
