Instead of the latest thriller or romantic novel, Meghan reads cookbooks before she goes to bed. She is surrounded by a big family full of wonderful cooks and is constantly in awe of how her mom throws together a meal for 30 without breaking a sweat. Meghan thinks cilantro tastes like socks, gags at the taste of raw onion, thinks that buffalo chicken should be its own food group and can’t get enough New Orleans cooking or Italian food.
